1. The pressure plastic cover replaces the injection cover

The pressure plastic cap making technology accounts for 70% of the global share, accounting for more than 60% of China's share. Since 2001, Chinese customers have purchased more compression molding equipment than injection molding equipment.

2. The application of single cap and short cap is increasing gradually

Since 2002, the price of petrochemical raw materials in the world has generally increased, while the price of bottle caps has declined. Therefore, it is more stimulating for people to seek new technologies to reduce costs. In order to better reduce the cost, people focus on PET bottle mouth, making the bottle mouth shorter has become their favorable measure. Coca Cola company first implemented 1881 bottle mouth standard in China, and the application of single cap and 1881 cap gradually increased.

Quality requirements of bottle cap:

1. Appearance of bottle cap: full molding, complete structure, no obvious shrinkage, bubble, burr, defect, uniform color, no damage to the connecting bridge of anti-theft ring. The inner cushion should be flat without eccentricity, damage, impurity, overflow and warpage;

2. Opening torque: the maximum torque required when opening the sealed anti-theft cover; the opening torque is between 0.6N. M and 2.2n. M;

3. Breaking torque: the maximum torque required for breaking the anti-theft ring, and the breaking torque is no more than 2.2n. M;

4. Sealing performance: no air leakage at 200KPa and no decapping at 350kPa; no air leakage at 690kpa and no decapping at 1207kpa; (new standard)

5. Thermal stability: no burst, no deformation, no air leakage (no liquid leakage) when inverted;

6. Drop performance: no leakage, no cracking and no flying off.
